Regulatory and Investment Advisory Services
Investment advisory services are provided by Banorte Ventures Ltd., which is registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) as an investment adviser. The firm’s principal place of business is located in Houston, Texas, USA. SEC registration does not imply a certain level of skill or training.

BInvesting provides discretionary investment advisory services exclusively through its automated digital platform (“robo-adviser”), which uses algorithm-based portfolio recommendations. No human adviser is assigned to monitor or manage client accounts on an individualized basis.

Custody and Brokerage Relationships
At present, BInvesting exclusively uses its affiliated broker-dealer, Banorte Securities International, Ltd. (“BSI”), which is a member of FINRA and SIPC and registered with the SEC, for the execution of client transactions. Clients should understand that affiliated entities may receive economic benefits from these relationships. These conflicts and how they are addressed are fully described in BInvesting’s Form ADV and related disclosure documents. Looking ahead, BInvesting intends to expand to a multi-broker-dealer framework that will permit the use of both affiliated and unaffiliated execution venues.

At present, Clearing and custody services for BInvesting client accounts are provided by Pershing LLC, an independent, unaffiliated clearing firm. Pershing is responsible for maintaining custody of client assets and processing settlement for all transactions executed by BSI. In the future, we may add other custodians. We will continue to monitor custodians for service quality, reliability, and cost efficiency.

It is important to understand the distinction between brokerage and investment advisory services. You should carefully consider these differences before making an investment decision.
